Sales Assistant / Buyer's Agent | Bayside | $70K-$80K + Super + OTE $120K+
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Assistant / Buyer's Agent to join a high-performing residential sales team in Melbourne's Bayside.
This is not a traditional Sales Assistant role. You'll take ownership of the buyer side of the business, building strong relationships with purchasers, managing enquiries, and creating future listing opportunities. Working alongside an established high-performing agent, you'll receive the mentorship and exposure needed to progress into a Sales Consultant or Co-Agent role.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing buyer enquiries and follow-up
• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Building and maintaining strong buyer relationships
• Managing and nurturing the buyer database
• Assisting with buyer negotiations and engagement
• Converting buyers into future vendors
• Supporting the sales process from enquiry through to settlement
• Building long-term client relationships that generate repeat business
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years' residential real estate sales experience
• Strong buyer management experience
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with a proactive attitude
• Professional presentation and strong work ethic
• Genuine ambition to build a long-term career in residential sales
The Details:
• 5.5-day working week
• Saturday work required
• No work from home
• Flexible start date within the next 2-8 weeks
