What You’ll Be Doing: - Managing day-to-day operations across a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating leasing activities with support from internal team members
- Conducting routine and final inspections as required
- Ensuring full compliance with legislation and internal processes
- Providing clear, timely and professional communication to all stakeholders
- Working closely with support staff to ensure smooth portfolio performance
