An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing and well-established real estate
business.
With strong existing portfolio foundations, established systems, and a substantial database to leverage, this role offers genuine long-term growth potential within a high-performing environment.
This is not just another BDM role — the successful candidate will play a key part in driving portfolio growth, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing expansion of the business, with future leadership opportunities available as the division continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Driving new business growth and portfolio expansion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and investors
• Managing and converting leads from existing databases and referral channels
• Identifying opportunities to grow the property management division
• Working closely with leadership to execute growth strategies
• Delivering exceptional client service and relationship management
• Representing the business professionally within the market
• Assisting with future team growth and leadership initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous Business Development or Property Management experience within real estate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a growth-focused mentality
• Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented approach
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
• Professional presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or relevant real estate registration
