An exciting opportunity to join a growing property services business managing Mortgagee in Possession campaigns across a high-volume portfolio. This role offers strong long-term career growth, exposure to lenders and industry stakeholders, and the chance to play a key role in a business entering a major growth phase.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing Mortgagee in Possession files from commencement through to completion
• Coordinating with lenders, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitoring workflows and ensuring files remain on track
• Maintaining accurate systems, reporting, and pipeline updates
• Supporting client relationships and assisting with business development activities
• Identifying workflow improvements and resolving issues efficiently

• Property, operations, coordination, or related industry experience preferred
