Three years ago, E2E was created to deliver end-to-end IT talent and project solutions, complementing Sohni Consulting’s proven track record in transformation and project delivery.

We’re now poised for the next phase of expansion – and we’re looking for a go-getter experienced Business Development Manager who wants to own the growth strategy and scale our presence nationally.

What You’ll Do

• Drive revenue growth and expand our market footprint using existing client base and experience.
• Win and develop new client relationships across consulting, tech, and transformation sectors etc.
• Deliver tailored workforce and talent solutions to enterprise clients
• Shape BD strategy while working closely with the founders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in business development, consultative sales, or talent solutions
• A hunter mindset with an existing client relationships & client pool– proactive, resilient, and driven to win.
• The ability to own results, influence strategy, and work autonomously
