IT Change Lead – NSW | Flexible Work (2 Days WFH)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead change strategy, planning, and execution to ensure adoption and success
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand impact and engagement strategies
• Drive motivation and alignment across project teams and business units
• Apply forward-thinking approaches to anticipate and plan for challenges
• Leverage data and IT insights to inform decision-making and change processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Change Lead in complex business environments
• Previously worked in a Government organisation or similar highly regulated organisation.  
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization
• Ability to motivate teams and create a culture of adaptability and innovation
• Expertise in change impact analysis, communication strategies, and training
• A data-driven mindset with an understanding of IT environments and digital change
• Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
