Additional Benefits

• £14.00/hr - Monday to Friday (£15.00/hr after 8pm)
• £15.60/hr - Saturday & Sunday (£16.60/hr after 8pm)

The Role As an Experienced Home Care Professional, you'll support older adults to maintain their independence and quality of life at home through:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Support with appointments and outings
• Promoting independence and wellbeing

What We're Looking For We're looking for caring professionals who already have experience within care and understand the importance of delivering person-centred support.
You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Home Care Professional
• Experience providing personal care and supporting vulnerable adults
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A compassionate and professional approach
• The ability to work independently and use your initiative
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 6 months' paid care experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS and satisfactory references required
• We are unable to offer sponsorship
