Your Role As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you'll make a real difference by supporting clients in their own homes with:

• Personal care and dignity support
• Medication assistance
• Meal preparation
• Companionship and emotional support
• Shopping and light household duties
• Helping clients remain independent in their own homes

Every visit is centred around the individual, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while delivering outstanding care.
What We're Looking For

• A caring, compassionate and reliable nature
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship or switch sponsorship)

A commitment to working alternate weekends is required (pro rata depending on contracted hours).

Location This role is based in Mold (CH7), supporting clients across the local community.
