Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Bluebird Care are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join a dedicated community care team supporting both children and adults across the  Trafford area.

What We Offer

• Flexible Zero-Hours Contract – Work around your lifestyle
• Competitive Pay:
  • £14.00 per hour (weekdays)
  • £14.40 per hour (weekends)
  • Double pay on Bank Holidays
• Guaranteed Hours After Probation – Up to 50% of your committed weekly hours
• Variety of Shifts – Mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekend availability required
• We support our clients betwen 7am - 10.30pm Monday to Sunday

What We’re Looking For:

• Caring, dependable individuals with a genuine passion for supporting both children & adults
• Commitment to regular weekly hours (e.g. 10, 20, or 30 hours)
• Flexibility to work within agreed schedules
• Willingness to include some weekend availability (pro rata based on hours)

 
Essential Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
• Successful completion of probation period to unlock guaranteed hours

 
Location We’re particularly interested in candidates based in or near:
Hale, Altrincham, Bowdon, Timperley, Sale, and Hale Barns
