£500 Joining Bonus*
Pay: £14-£15 per hour + mileage
Hours: Guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00

Pay & Benefits We recognise and reward the important work you do:
- Guaranteed Hour Contracts Available
- £500 Joining Bonus
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
- Overnight care: £125 – £135 per night
- Live-in care: £130 – £145 per day
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
- Holiday pay (12.07%)
- Company pension (3% contribution)
- Enhanced pay on designated holidays
About the Role As a Care Assistant, you’ll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with daily routines and maintaining a comfortable home environment
- Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition and hydration
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling
- Assisting with medication reminders or administration (where trained)
- Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompanying clients to appointments or into the community
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Encouraging independence while promoting dignity and respect at all times
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families

*To be eligable for the £500 signing on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branches needs. Along with being able to work at least 15 hours a week.
The joining bonus will be paid in two stages:
- £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing
- £250 upon successful completion of probation
