£500 Joining Bonus*
Pay: £14-£15 per hour + mileage
Hours: Guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00

Pay & Benefits We recognise and reward the important work you do:

• Guaranteed Hour Contracts Available
• £500 Joining Bonus
• Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
• Overnight care: £125 – £135 per night
• Live-in care: £130 – £145 per day
• 45p per mile mileage allowance
• Holiday pay (12.07%)
• Company pension (3% contribution)
• Enhanced pay on designated holidays

About the Role As a Care Assistant, you’ll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual
• Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Assisting with daily routines and maintaining a comfortable home environment
• Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition and hydration
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling
• Assisting with medication reminders or administration (where trained)
• Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Accompanying clients to appointments or into the community
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
• Encouraging independence while promoting dignity and respect at all times
• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families

*To be eligable for the £500 signing on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branches needs. Along with being able to work at least 15 hours a week.
The joining bonus will be paid in two stages:

• £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing
• £250 upon successful completion of probation
