Care Assistant – Fareham & Gosport (Home Care)
Pay: £13.30 - £14.85 per hour + paid mileage
Hours: Guaranteed Hour Contract - MUST HAVE FULL TIME AVAILABILITY

What you’ll be doing As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people to live independently in their own homes while building genuine, lasting relationships.
Your role may include:

• Providing personal care and companionship
• Supporting daily routines and morning visits
• Preparing meals and light household tasks
• Helping clients access the community and activities
• Building trusted relationships with clients and families

What we’re looking for You don’t need experience—just the right attitude and values.

• Kind, caring, and dependable
• Friendly with strong communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Aged 18+
• UK resident (no visa sponsorship available)
