Pay & Benefits:

• £13.50 per hour - (Monday to Sunday)
• Double pay on peak days
• Additional pay for picking up a visit outside of usual activity
• 35p per mile mileage
• Paid Travel & Waiting time
• Paid DBS check (refunded after successful probation)
• Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 per week) after probation
• Paid training - earn while you learn!
• £400 refer a friend scheme available

 
Flexible Shifts & Work Culture:

• Minimum 1-hour visits with clients
• Flexible shifts available (we deliver care to our clients between 06:45am - 21:30pm every day)
• Required availability: every other weekend as a minimum
• Supportive and friendly Branch staff
• Many carers have stayed with us for years
• Proactive Community Presence and involvement with multiple local schemes

Who We're Looking For:

• Care professionals looking to develop and progress their career in the care sector

• Drivers with own vehicle and business insurance is essential for this position
