Job Title: Care Assistant (Home Care)
Location: Yeovil / Sherborne
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Hours Available
Salary: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting individuals in the Yeovil and Sherborne areas to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.

Whether you're new to care or bringing years of experience, you’ll receive full training and ongoing support to thrive in a role that’s as rewarding as it is meaningful.

What You’ll Be Doing: Each day is unique, but your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care (e.g. washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with medication (training provided)
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating or drinking
• Light domestic tasks such as cleaning, tidying, and laundry
• Offering friendly companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with mobility and promoting independence

What We’re Looking For:

• A kind, caring, and empathetic nature
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliability and punctuality
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – full training is provided
