Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: West Leicester – Market Bosworth
Salary: £13.65 – £14.95 per hour

 We’re looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our growing team, delivering high-quality care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes across Market Bosworth and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Care Assistant, you’ll support clients with a range of daily living tasks to help them remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting mobility, including help with transfers or walking aids
• Preparing meals and prompting medication
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Carrying out light domestic duties to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Maintaining clear records and communicating effectively with the care team

• A kind, caring, and compassionate nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow individual care plans
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as you'll be travelling between clients' homes
