Care Professionals Wanted – Dorking Area

We’re looking for compassionate Care Professionals to support our clients with companionship, personal care, dementia care, and specialist clinical services.

Areas we cover:
Betchworth, Brockham, Buckland, Strood Green, Dorking, Pixham, Rose Hill, Westcott, Beare Green, North Holmwood, Newdigate, Capel, Ockley, Abinger Bottom, Abinger Common, Abinger Hammer, Holmbury St Mary, Mickleham, Pitland Steet, Sutton Abinger, Westhumble, Wotton

What We Offer:

• Minimum 2-hour visits with clients (no rushed care)
• Flexibility to support work/life balance - Part time hours available
• Zero-hour contract – flexible work to suit you
• Every other weekend availability required
• Full UK Driving license and access to own vehicle

• Enhanced DBS check – £50 cost reimbursed after 40 hours worked
• Full training provided – 11.5 hours paid after 3 months of work

Pay Rates:
Weekdays

• 7am – 8pm: £12.69 per hour
• 8pm – 10pm: £15.20 per hour

Weekends:

• Flat rate: £15.20 per hour
• Sleep-in shifts: £123 (10 hours)

Bank Holidays:

• Double pay

Mileage & Paid Travel Time:

• 40p per mile (between clients)
• 45p per mile (with clients – outings/shopping)
• £11.50 per hour (travel time between visits or home/later shifts)
