Care Coordinator – Flexible Hours – Sherborne

We are a friendly, well-regarded domiciliary care company based in Sherborne, and we’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join and complement our existing coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexibility and team collaboration.

• Morning shifts (7:00am – 3:00pm)
  OR
• Afternoon/evening shifts (3:00pm – 10:00pm)

There’s plenty of flexibility available – whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, we’re happy to shape the role around the needs of the business and the right candidate.
 
Your Role Will Include:

• Coordinating care visits and rotas for carers
• Communicating with clients, families and staff to ensure smooth delivery of care
• Supporting carers with queries and problem-solving
• Participating in on-call support as needed (shared with the team)
• Helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance

We’re Looking For:

• Experience in domiciliary/home care (ideally in a coordination or senior carer role)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Confidence working under pressure and problem-solving
• IT literacy (care software experience is a bonus)
• A driving licence is preferred, but not essential
