Registered Nurse  – Complex Care
Location: Keynsham, Bristol
Hours: Day Shifts ONLY
Pay Rates: £24.60 - £27.60 per hour
 
We are currently recruiting an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to a client with complex health needs in a home care setting.
 
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to an individual with complex health needs in their own home. This is a 2:1 care role, offering you the chance to make a lasting impact through continuity of care and a person-centred approach.
The client requires assistance with:

• PEG feeding – managing and monitoring enteral nutrition safely
• Oxygen therapy – administering and monitoring oxygen levels as part of a long-term respiratory care plan
• Complex posture management – assisting with positioning, mobility aids, and pressure care to prevent complications and promote comfort

You’ll work closely with the client, their family, and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored clinical interventions while promoting independence wherever possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working in a more personal and rewarding care environment, with time to build meaningful therapeutic relationships.
 
Requirements:

• NMC-registered Nurse Pin
• Experience with PEG feeding and oxygen therapy (preferred but training may be provided)
• Understanding of postural care techniques
• Kind, patient and proactive approach to care
• Right to work in the UK
• UK Driving License is ESSENTIAL
