Regional Registered Manager
Location: Kent
Contract: Full Time – 45 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Registered Manager to launch and lead care services in a new region. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll establish, manage, and grow a high-quality, compliant care service from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain care quality.
• Recruit, lead, and develop your team.
• Build local partnerships and grow the client base.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, budgeting, and digital systems.

Requirements:
Essential:

• NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Registered Manager or senior care leadership experience
• Strong CQC and regulatory knowledge
• Excellent leadership and IT skills

Desirable:

• Management qualification
• Experience launching new services
• Commercial awareness
