Job Title: Care Assistant (Home Care)
Location: Yeovil/ Sherborne
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Flexible hours available
Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour
 
We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. No two days are the same – but every day is rewarding.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting with medication administration (training provided)
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Light domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting mobility and promoting independence

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring and empathetic nature
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
