Care Assistant – Domiciliary Care
Location: Tetbury, Gloucester
Hours: Full time or part time
Salary: £13.90-£15.02 per hour *alternative limited company pay rates available on request

We are seeking experienced and dependable Care Assistants to join our domiciliary care team, providing support to individuals in their own homes and helping them maintain independence and dignity.

This role involves travel between clients, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with medication, meal preparation, and daily routines
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with light domestic tasks
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a care role (domiciliary, residential, or similar)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• A kind, professional, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and time management skills
• The right to work in the UK
