As a Female Care Assistant, you’ll provide warmth, companionship, and essential support to those who need it most. Whether it’s helping with daily tasks, sharing stories, or simply being there to brighten someone’s day, you’ll make a meaningful impact—right in the comfort of their own homes!

How Your Shift Works:

This is a split-shift role designed to ensure the best care for clients while giving you structured breaks:

• Morning Shift: 8am – 2pm
• Afternoon Break: Time for personal errands or rest
• Evening Shift: 4pm – 10pm
• Days Per Week with the flexibility to choose your days
• Work Every Second Weekend for a great work-life balance

• Providing compassionate personal care and support with daily tasks
• Assisting with meals, medication, and household duties
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Bringing kindness, care, and positivity into people’s lives

Who We’re Looking For:

• Caring, kind, and reliable individuals
• Experienced care assistants OR those new to care (full training provided!)
• Great communicators who love helping others
• Full UK Driving Licence & access to a car (this is a community-based role)
