Care Assistant – Weston-super-Mare (Female Only)
 
Location: Weston-super-Mare
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (Monday to Friday – Daytime)
Gender Requirement: Female applicants only (due to client preferences)
 
We are seeking kind, proactive, and reliable female Care Assistants to support clients in the Weston-super-Mare area with a variety of day-to-day needs and community-based activities.
This is a highly rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping individuals lead fulfilling and independent lives.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with Down syndrome, mild epilepsy (well-controlled, no seizures)
• Assistance with personal hygiene, changing beds, and light domestic tasks
• Helping with food shopping and managing basic routines
• Engaging in fun, active community activities: bowling, cinema, gym trips, coffee outings, and more
• Providing support to attend volunteering placements and other meaningful daily routines

• A female carer (due to the personal nature of support and client preferences)
• A compassionate, energetic, and patient personality
• Ability to work independently and encourage independence in others
