We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our highly regarded team across: Exminster, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, Exeter, Starcross, Dawlish, and Teignmouth.

Your Role:
You’ll provide personalised care and support that enables people to live safely and independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care (washing, toileting, etc.)
• Supporting with medication (prompting or administering)
• Aiding with mobility and safe manual handling
• Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing

You’ll work within a local area to minimise travel time and ensure a manageable schedule.
Our approach to care prioritises quality over quantity—no rushed visits, no box-ticking.

Requirements:

• Full, valid UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Availability to work alternate weekends
• Right to work in the UK
• A kind, caring nature and genuine desire to support others

What We Offer:

• £13–£14 per hour (Weekdays before 5pm)
• £14–£15 per hour (Evenings and Weekends)
• £20 per hour (Bank Holidays)
