Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts
Salary: £24.60 - £27.60 per hour
 
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide professional, one-on-one care for a male client with specific medical needs in the comfort of his own home. As a key member of the care team, you will play a vital role in managing his medical care, ensuring his comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, monitoring and managing the client’s medical conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications via PEG.
• Provide assistance with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor vital signs and document changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and review individual care plans.
• Provide emotional and psychological support, ensuring the client’s dignity is maintained at all times.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for the client.
• Educate the client and family on medical conditions, treatments, and care needs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
• Previous experience in home care or working with clients with complex medical needs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the client’s changing needs.
