What you'll be doing:

• Conceptualise, produce, and optimise high-performing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok and beyond
• Use performance data like CTR, thumbstop, CPA, ROAS to continually sharpen your creative strategy and pivot fast when something isn't working
• Develop engaging organic content that educates cat owners on health and behaviour in formats that haven't been done before
• Brief and direct UGC creators, video editors, and freelance creatives to scale your ideas efficiently
• Stay across trends and what's working across relevant brands and bring those insights back into the work
• Maintain an organised media management system and keep production running smoothly
• Step in front of the camera or provide voiceover when the brief calls for it (ideal, but not a dealbreaker)

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years in a creative strategy or social advertising role within a high-performance eCommerce or D2C environment
• A proven track record of producing scroll-stopping ads that genuinely deliver on performance metrics
• Deep fluency in social media analytics, you translate data insights into creative decisions without missing a beat
• Strong understanding of post-production; you can brief editors clearly and account for production requirements while you shoot
• Confidence directing external creatives and collaborating closely with a marketing team
• A desire for autonomy and accountability
