Are you a junior designer who loves crafting beautiful, high-performing EDMs, but you're curious about what happens behind the scenes in eCommerce? Ready to expand your skill set beyond email design and learn how products actually go live online?
 
We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who's confident in EDM design and excited to grow into broader eCommerce execution. This is a hands-on, learn-as-you-go opportunity within a fast-moving retail environment where creative and commerce go hand in hand.
 
 
What You'll Be Doing
You'll own and elevate the EDM creative - and gradually expand into the operational side of eCommerce, including:

• Designing and building on-brand EDM campaigns
• Creating supporting digital assets (web banners, promotional tiles, basic social graphics)
• Assisting with product uploads into our eCommerce platform
• Learning how to build and format product detail pages (PDPs)
• Uploading imagery, writing basic product copy, and ensuring products are merchandised correctly
• Supporting campaign launches from creative concept through to site execution
• Working closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to bring stories to life online

This is a role for someone who wants to understand not just the design, but how digital retail actually works.
 
 
As the best person for the role, you:

• Have experience designing EDMs (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, etc.)
• Have a strong eye for layout, typography, and clean digital design
• Are detail-oriented and organized (you actually enjoy checking the small things)
• Are curious about how products are uploaded, merchandised, and optimized online
• Take initiative and love learning new systems and processes
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team

 
What You Bring

• 1-2+ years in a junior design or digital role
• A portfolio showcasing EDM and digital work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva
• A proactive mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves

Bonus points if you've worked within Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform — but we're happy to train the right person.
