We're looking for an eCommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our online store and help ensure every product, page, and customer interaction feels seamless. About the role:
Working closely with the eCommerce and digital team, you'll help keep the website running smoothly and looking its best. From product uploads and content updates to order support and site maintenance, you'll play a key role in delivering a premium online experience for our customers.
 
 
 
What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and imagery across the website
• Supporting the setup of new arrivals, campaigns, and promotions online
• Ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and on brand
• Helping manage online orders, returns, and customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Supporting basic website QA to ensure the site is functioning smoothly
• Working closely with the content and marketing teams to keep digital content fresh and aligned
• Assisting with reporting and general eCommerce admin as needed

 
 
About you:

• Previous experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing
• Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of organization
• A genuine interest in luxury fashion and online retail
• Confident working across CMS platforms (Shopify experience highly regarded)
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
