We're now looking for a Retail Sales Associate who shares that passion for luxury fashion, styling, and creating unforgettable experiences. Someone who brings authenticity, confidence, and warmth to every client interaction — and thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment.
 
 
About the role:
As a Calexico Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our boutique — welcoming clients, offering personalized styling, and building meaningful relationships that turn first-time shoppers into lifelong clients. You'll immerse yourself in our collections, contribute to the boutique's daily flow, and uphold the impeccable standards that make Calexico one of Australia's most loved luxury fashion destinations.
 
 
 
What you'll do:

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through thoughtful, personalized service.
• Offer expert styling advice and product knowledge across a range of luxury designers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through authentic communication and clienteling.
• Support boutique operations — visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals while maintaining Calexico's elevated service culture.

 
 
About you:

• Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail preferred.
• Confident, polished, and naturally engaging with clients.
• Passionate about style, with a refined eye for detail and presentation.
• Driven to achieve results while staying true to the brand's values and tone.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and key retail periods.
