Their compact, functional and affordable tools are designed to fit into real routines - supporting recovery and relief for tradies, office workers, students, parents and fitness enthusiasts alike. As they grow their digital presence, they’re looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Manager to own the eComm engine, drive customer retention and optimise every step of the journey.

You’ll love:

• The impact – full ownership of Vibit's website and lifecycle/email channels, with a focus to lift conversion, ATV and LTV.
• The craft – making Shopify sing, scaling conversion rates and optimising customer journeys.
• The scope – email, website, retention and partnerships with paid/creative specialists.

Your remit:

• Email (Klaviyo): Own lifecycle marketing and EDM strategy, building flows that grow LTV and retention.
• Website trading (Shopify): Manage day-to-day trading, merchandising, UX optimisation, conversion rate, and ATV.
• Growth collaboration: Work closely with the paid media strategist on campaigns and customer acquisition.
• Creative partnership: Partner with the creative strategist to deliver campaigns that inspire and convert.
• Performance mindset: Track KPIs across revenue, conversion, AOV and retention - and make commercial decisions fast.

You’re a fit if you have:

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo and GA4.
• A proven track record scaling conversion rates and customer value.
• Strong background in eComm trading and lifecycle/email marketing.
• Ability to partner with both paid media and creative functions.
• A balance of creative eye + commercial rigour.
