As Global Operations Manager, you’ll be the person who brings structure to scale, ensuring that from harness to home delivery, every customer feels the Dog Friendly Co. difference.

You’ll love:

• The brand - born from a true passion for dogs, built by siblings Luka and Sandra, and fuelled by a global community of dog lovers.
• Making an impact - Own end to end operations across two 3PL warehouses (AU + USA), with full oversight of fulfilment, shipping, system performance, and issue resolution
• The variety — no two days are the same; one moment you’ll be solving a 3PL issue, the next you’ll be scaling a customisation team ahead of a major launch.

Your remit:

• Own end to end operations across two 3PL warehouses (AU + USA), with full oversight of fulfilment, shipping, system performance, and issue resolution
• Connect and coordinate across Inventory, Ecommerce, Customer Experience, IT, and fulfilment teams so operations run as one.
• Manage and roster Sydney’s customisation team, scaling resources during peaks (sales, launches, seasonal surges).
• Be proactive, not reactive - spotting risks before they become issues.
• Drive efficiency and cost savings across fulfilment, shipping, and workflows.
• Lead from the front during sales periods, rolling up your sleeves and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

As the best person for the role, your experience covers:

• Proven success in e-commerce operations, ideally across multiple regions or global markets.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to unify teams without micromanaging.
• Comfort managing both remote and casual teams across multiple disciplines.
• A track record of refining fulfilment systems, improving workflows, and implementing cost savings.
• Strategic vision balanced with a willingness to dive into the detail when needed.
• Flexibility to work around international time zones and peak trade demands.
