Your role will include:

• Managing order data updates and preparing marketing collateral support
• Leading the picking team from the front. Picking, packing and dispatching daily orders with accuracy and speed
• Supporting the Sales and Operations Coordinator with operational and admin tasks
• Coordinating with service providers to ensure timely deliveries and resolving any issues promptly
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year experience in a warehouse or similar operational role
• Availability for peak periods (October to December) - this is a must
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to follow established systems and processes without missing a beat
• Quick to learn new systems and adapt to shifting priorities
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks under pressure and meeting deadlines
• A positive, professional attitude that fits well within a focused team environment
