As our Human Resources Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping a high-performing, values-led culture that supports our ambitious growth. You'll bring warmth, energy and care to your work, grounded in systems thinking and operational rigour. Your ability to build trust and foster strong relationships will be key. We're looking for someone who can balance strategic vision with day-to-day excellence - someone who understands that it's the small, everyday details that make up the bigger picture.

This role supports the Miss Amara and Loopsie brands, reports to the COO, and leads a team of two. This hybrid role will support a mix of remote, hybrid, and on-site teams, working 1-2 days per week at the Granville Distribution Centre and 3-4 days from home.

Your remit would cover:

• Play a key role in shaping employee experiences, fostering a sense of belonging, and driving initiatives
  that uplift engagement and connection across the business.
• Functional HR including Employee Engagement, Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Remuneration and Benefits
• Serving as a strategic business partner to the Senior LeadershipTeam, providing insight and support across all HR-related matters.
• Organisational Development & workforce planning
• Employee & industrial relations
• Occupational health, safety and wellbeing

 
 
We'd love to see in your background:

• You're HR qualified and have experience building out processes, driving positive culture and keeping up to date with HR legislation
• You've worked in a retail/ecommerce environment & are well suited to the nuances of this fast paced industry industries. 
• You're passionate about people experience and want to contribute to the growth of a stunning business built with soul.
