Designed to inspire and empower the next generation of today (and tomorrow!), their leotards encourage every type of personality to shine with confidence and authentically be themselves. Founded in 1994, they're now a world-leading gymnastics apparel manufacturer with longstanding trust in the wider gymnastics community. They're now a multi-branded business with brands across both B2B and D2C, in the US and AU markets.
We're thrilled to partner with the Sylvia P team to hire a Marketing Manager with a strong background in growing D2C ecommerce. You'd be responsible for brand strategy development and overseeing all marketing functions, primarily focused on their Every Turn and Sylvia P labels.

About your new role:
Plan, execute and oversee the marketing strategy to expand the brand's global reach
Set the benchmarks, track the ROI, and manage the marketing budget – primarily digital with some physical marketing presence.
Lead your passionate marketing team. You’ll set the tone, the pace, and the vibe!
Manage the marketing calendar that’s anything but boring.
Elevate all 3 brands of Sylvia P Group. We want fun and genuine engagement across platforms
Oversee the execution of paid media and creative asset performance
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all marketing projects and website metrics (both digital and physical marketing presence).
What will you bring?
A background in driving growth in D2C ecommerce.
Strategic and creative thinker driven by excellence and committed to results
A track record of managing budgets, forecasts & KPIs like a boss
Experience leading small but mighty teams (with results to show for it)
Know-how in Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, socials (paid/unpaid), and all the juicy metrics
A get-it-done attitude with a side of team spirit
