We’re partnering with TradeMutt, a social impact workwear brand turning heads and starting conversations – literally.
 
 
We're looking for a mid-level Content Creator who’s got an eye for product, a knack for storytelling, and a passion for purpose.
 
 
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
 
Photography & Videography

• Capture clean, consistent product imagery for e-commerce, including flat lays, ghost mannequins, and detail shots.
• Attend and execute photoshoots for product launches, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Produce high-quality, creative visuals that authentically showcase the TradeMutt brand.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards and maintain a cohesive visual style.
• Organise and maintain a well-structured photo archive.
• Shoot ad-ready video and stills for product launches, promos, and campaigns.

Content & Social

• You’ll keep on top of trends and create scroll-stopping content for reels, stories, and posts with bold, authentic storytelling.
• Edit video with strong pacing, clean transitions, and a good sense of humour.
• Conceptualise, plan, and execute content-driven video with a strong advertising focus.

Graphic Design

• Design campaign assets, EDM graphics, ad creatives, and other marketing materials as needed.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketer to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Create engaging, on-brand graphics for social media, website, promotions, and announcements.
• Maintain consistency across all design elements in line with brand guidelines.
• Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma proficiently.

 
 
You’ll Need

• A proactive self-starter attitude, who does not need to be told what to do and will be resourceful in order to find solutions to any challenge.
• 2+ years experience in a similar photo/video/digital content role
• Solid shooting and lighting skills (studio & natural light)
• Experience shooting for e-commerce and lifestyle brands
• Strong Adobe Suite skills, especially Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop
• A natural eye for composition, colour, and storytelling
• A can-do attitude and the ability to turn a brief into something brilliant
• Graphic design skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)

 
 
Nice to Have

• Motion graphics chops
• Experience working with tradies or apparel brands
• You’re familiar with Meta ads manager, or you’re willing to learn
• Experience in posting to social media in a professional setting
• You’re familiar with Shopify or similar
