KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the organic strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Oversee daily posting, engagement (comments, DMs), stories, reels, and lives.
• Brief and approve all social-first content in line with brand and campaign objectives.
• Stay on the pulse of social trends—jump on them fast
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, PR, and Paid Media teams.
• Manage performance reporting (weekly/monthly) and adjust strategy to maximise growth.
• Use social platforms as a lever for acquisition, brand visibility, and customer loyalty.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years in social media management for a consumer brand (fashion experience a bonus).
• Proven track record of building high-impact, data-driven social strategies.
• Hands-on experience with content tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, platform fluency, and content that actually performs.
• Experience leading and mentoring team members.
• Sharp analytical skills—you can translate data into creative insights.
• Confident, fast-paced, and comfortable operating in an evolving, feedback-rich space.
