Based just a 2min walk from the beach on the Gold Coast, they’re a tight-knit team of thinkers and doers. After 17+ years in the market, they’re evolving — and they’re looking for a digital marketer who’s ready to shape what’s next.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where paid media & SEO is your playground — what we need is someone who knows how to generate quality leads and scale campaigns. You’ll report to the CRO, manage one direct report, and play a key role in future team growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and Criteo
• Own budget allocation and performance reporting across all digital activity
• Lead the development of lead gen and retargeting strategies across business units
• Mentor and grow a Marketing Coordinator, while working closely with Sales and Product teams
• Use GA4, Looker Studio, and internal data to report, iterate, and improve
• Test new tools, tactics, and creative approaches to stay one step ahead
• Keep our digital house in order — from audience segmentation to dynamic testing
  
  

  
Your background:

• 5+ years in a digital marketing role, with paid media as your bread and butter
• Proven track record of delivering leads and revenue via Google Ads, Meta, etc.
• Comfortable managing budgets, reporting on results, and making data-led decisions
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
• Hands-on, curious, and fast-moving — you get stuff done and love finding the next growth lever
• Bonus points for marketplace experience
