We are on the lookout for an experienced Finance Manager to manage their financial operations and help guide them through an exciting expansion. If you're passionate about numbers, cash flow management, and contributing to a brand that’s making waves, this is the role for you.
 
 
 
 
 
This role is suited to someone who:

• Has worked in the ecommerce sector and is familiar with the financial levers associated with the sector
• Is a big picture thinker, but still enjoys being very hands on & in the detail 
• Has a growth mindset & enjoys looking for opportunities for incremental gains

 
 
Your remit will cover:

• Manage cash flow, AP/AR, payroll and financial compliance, keeping the business on track as they scale.
• Auditing systems and processes for finance & inventory to identify opportunities for incremental improvements
• Ownership of the budget and forecasting processes, ensuring each department is across their budget allocation and works within it
• Conduct profit analysis, cost analysis, margin analysis and other commercial analysis and propose & implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Work with international accounting partners to oversee local tax reporting requirements across each global jurisdiction the business operates in, including monthly BAS reporting, FBT, payroll tax, US sales tax reporting, and the annual group tax return
• Offering insights to the leadership team that drive strategic decisions.
