We're so thrilled to partner with VRG Girl to appoint a People & Culture Manager for their Brisbane team. The HR & Culture Manager will be a champion to VRG GRL values and foster a vibrant, innovative workplace culture. This role is ideal for an individual who is driven to support a collaborative, customer-centric, and empowering environment, while nurturing our community’s professional growth and upholding our commitment to accountability, responsiveness, and responsible innovation. You’ll play a crucial role in engaging team members, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring that our culture thrives as we continue pushing the boundaries of fashion.
YOU'LL LOVE
a FOUR day working week. You read that correctly, this team works a compressed week (5 days in 4) Mon - Thurs. You can have every Friday off to recharge, see friends & family, bask in the sun or do whatever fills your cup. Need even more flexibility? We're also considering part time candidates for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion Cultural Values: Develop and implement team building activities and personal development programs that embody VRG GRL’s core values, fostering an environment of innovative collaboration, empowered experimentation, and customer-centric excellence.
Recruitment: Assist in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talent that aligns with VRG GRL’s values and passion for structured creativity and competitive excellence as well as the skills needed to achieve success in the role.
Training and onboarding employees on all company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance and ongoing training.
Growth & Development: Collaborate with senior management to facilitate structured development opportunities, supporting leadership at all levels and encouraging continuous personal and professional growth across the organisation
Mentorship Programs: Coordinate mentorship and training programs, ensuring team members have the tools for career advancement and leadership growth.

ABOUT YOU
You're HR qualified and have experience building out processes, driving positive culture and keeping up to date with HR legislation
You've worked in fashion or another creative sector before & are well suited to the nuances of creative industries.
You're passionate about people experience and want to contribute to the growth of a stunning business built with soul.
