Affiliate Manager – Sweepstakes Casino (US, Canada & Australia) ​
  
  
Salary: AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month (AED 180,000 – 216,000 per year)
Hours: 40 hours per week (aligned to US, Canada & Australia-friendly time zones)
Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)
Contract: Full-Time – 100% Remote
Location: Fully Remote (company headquartered in Dubai, UAE)

Culture Guru is recruiting for an Affiliate Manager to join a fast-growing international sweepstakes casino business, entering an exciting scale phase within its journey.
 
This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a start-up environment, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to play a key role in building and scaling an affiliate program from the ground up within a lean, high-impact team – all while working remotely across US, Canada and Australia time zones.
  
 
  
Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to;
  

• Recruit, onboard and manage affiliate partners across the US, Canada and Australia.
• Build long-term relationships with affiliate websites, influencers, streamers, media buyers and content creators.
• Negotiate commercial deals including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and flat-fee sponsorships.
• Develop country-specific affiliate strategies to maximise player acquisition.
• Monitor performance against KPIs including registrations, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention and revenue.
• Identify high-performing affiliates and scale the most profitable partnerships.
• Detect and eliminate fraudulent traffic, bonus abuse and low-quality leads.
• Launch seasonal campaigns, exclusive promotions, tournaments and bonus offers with affiliates.
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, Compliance, Legal, Creative and Analytics teams.
• Ensure all activity is compliant with sweepstakes laws and advertising regulations across each market.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

  
Desirable attributes of the successful candidate;
  

• 3–5+ years of affiliate marketing experience within iGaming (sweepstakes casinos, social casinos or online casinos).
• Hands-on experience using Income Access and NetRefer is essential.
• Strong understanding of affiliate business models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid).
• Familiarity with other affiliate tracking platforms such as Affilka, Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, Everflow or PartnerMatrix is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel and BI dashboards.
• An existing network of gaming affiliates and media partners is a big plus.
• Experience negotiating high-value affiliate contracts.
• Fluency in English is an absolute must (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced start-up/founding environment across multiple time zones.
• Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-oriented.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
