Are you a board-level PA or EA with the gravitas to operate at the top table and the steel to hold your own with four experienced, strong-minded Directors!?
This is a senior appointment for an accomplished professional – not a role for a wallflower. You'll be the trusted right hand to four demanding, high-calibre leaders who expect someone that can anticipate their needs, push back when it matters and keep the business's most important diaries and decisions moving. It calls for confidence, resilience and a bit of steel, wrapped in a polished, discreet and professional style.
Culture Guru is recruiting for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support four Board Directors within a well-established construction and fit-out business entering an exciting period of growth. This is a brand-new role – for the first time, the Board is bringing in dedicated PA support, so this is a rare greenfield opportunity for a proven senior PA/EA to build the position from the ground up and become an indispensable part of how the Board operates.
This role would suit an established board-level professional: someone who can manage four sets of competing priorities with total composure, command respect in the boardroom while capturing every decision, and build credible, trusted relationships with experienced senior leaders. You'll be the calm, capable presence behind the Board – two steps ahead, discreet with the most sensitive matters, and the person the Directors know they can rely on entirely.
As the Board has never had a dedicated PA before, this is a true blank canvas – you'll define how the role works, put the systems and rhythms in place, and shape it around how the Directors operate.
