Founding CRM & Email Marketing Strategist

Salary: €30,000
Hours: 40 hours per week (09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00)
Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)
Contract: Permanent / Full-Time (Hybrid) – 4 days office, Fridays WFH

Culture Guru is recruiting for a Founding CRM & Email Marketing Strategist to join a fast-growing international iGaming business, entering an exciting scale phase within its journey.

Operating across both owned and partner brands within the iGaming space, this business is expanding into exciting prediction and probability markets (think trends, behaviour and cultural moments ��), with ambitious growth plans across 2026–2027 and a long-term vision to scale and exit within the next 10 years.

This founding hire opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a start-up environment, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to play a key role in building and optimising CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies from the ground up within a lean, high-impact team.
  
Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to;
  

• Build and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Develop automated lifecycle journeys including onboarding, churn prevention and VIP reactivation.
• Segment audiences to deliver highly personalised player experiences.
• Drive engagement through promotional campaigns including bonuses, free spins and loyalty incentives.
• Analyse campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, deposits, ROI and LTV.
• Optimise retention and conversion through data-led insights and testing.
• Manage and build campaigns using CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with design, content and VIP teams to ensure aligned and high-quality campaign delivery.
• Ensure all campaigns are compliant with iGaming regulations and best practices.

  
  
Desirable attributes of the successful candidate;
  

• Experience in CRM, Email Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing.
• Background in iGaming or Online Casino (desirable, not essential).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Understanding of customer journeys, retention strategies and player behaviour.
• Experience with Fast Track CRM, Customer.io and/or Mailchimp.
• Fluency in English is an absolute must (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up/founding environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent campaign execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling, high-converting content.
