The Customer Service Representative will call a database of existing customer accounts to set up a technical meeting with the client and their IT teams. Primary responsibility is to schedule a meeting with the existing client to discuss their upgrade, all while maintaining positive relationships and handling customer needs and questions.
Strong customer service or sales background (especially technical, telecom repair, call center, or IT support/help)
Quickbase ( a plus)
Strong sales and account support experience
Telecom access experience is a plus!
These positions will start at one-year contracts with possible extensions. Must have outstanding people skills, de-escalation, and fabulous phone demeanor. If you love talking to people, getting them excited about the next generation of service, and facilitating those next steps...this is for you!
These are remote positions, which require you to provide your own computer or laptop. Hours preferred are 8-5pm PST (but you can be located anywhere in the US).
Coaching and scripts will be provided.
