5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, or combination
Subject matter expertise of Diversity Recruiting research, programs, implementation, strategies, and opportunities
Current knowledge and understanding of D&I best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, selection and engagement
Excellent workflow process and project management skills with the ability to set up and maintain airtight systems for tracking actions, communications, and details
Hands-on knowledge of managing and engaging with a talent community
Granular knowledge of what a CRM does, should do, could do and the ability to optimize this tool for use across a recruiting team
Proven experience partnering with professional diversity organizations
Experience partnering with senior leaders to inform and guide the direction of inclusive recruitment near- and long-term
Ability to travel as needed
