THE ROLE
Greenham is a proudly Australian, family-owned beef processor with a long-standing reputation for quality, innovation and investing in its people. They are seeking an experienced Boning Room Manager to lead a key production area at their Moe, VIC processing facility. You'll join a collaborative leadership team with opportunities to make a real impact and continue developing your career.

In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement while leading and developing a high-performing team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Boning Room.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, yield and productivity.
• Build, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure food safety, quality and WHS compliance.
• Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimise performance.
• Manage departmental reporting, resources and budgets.

THE REQUIREMENTS
You'll be a confident and experienced leader with a passion for developing people and delivering operational excellence. You'll also bring:

• Extensive experience in meat processing, including Boning Room operations.
• Proven success leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems and workplace health and safety.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change.
• Excellent communication, planning and leadership skills.
• Relevant industry or leadership qualifications (desirable).
