Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive expansion within the horticulture sector and broader agrifood industries.
Role
This is not a traditional 360-degree recruitment role. We are seeking a commercially focused business developer who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and generating revenue. Your primary responsibility will be securing recruitment assignments and developing long-term client partnerships across the horticulture and agribusiness sectors. Supported by an experienced recruitment delivery team, you will be free to focus on winning new business and growing strategic client accounts.
