Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Australian horticultural business operating a large-scale irrigated jojoba tree crop enterprise in the Riverina region of NSW. Jojoba is a specialised high-value tree crop grown for its premium cosmetic oil used in global skincare and personal care markets. The business is the largest producer of jojoba in Australia and continues to invest in orchard development, irrigation infrastructure and future expansion. The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Farm Manager will take full operational responsibility for the property and oversee all day-to-day farming activities across the business. This is a senior hands-on management role requiring strong operational capability, leadership skills and commercial awareness. The operation includes irrigated tree crops, harvesting and processing coordination, orchard development, water management and future expansion projects. About You
You are an experienced and practical farm manager with strong horticultural or irrigated farming experience. You are commercially minded, highly organised and capable of leading both people and operations in a dynamic agricultural environment.
