Role
The Sales Agronomist role is crucial for the company's success, it combines technical expertise with sales skills to deliver value to clients, drive revenue, and support the company's growth objectives. The role will maintain existing and build new relationships with key partners within the southeast NSW region that results in budgeted sales targets being achieved. It offers high levels of customer service and technical support and helps clients achieve better agricultural outcomes, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. As part of the Sales team the role is responsible for positioning of the brand as the leading Australian proprietary seed supplier building a strong brand awareness within the territory via relevant market activities. It is an autonomous role that works closely with other team members, sharing expertise and contributing to a collaborative, positive and productive work environment.
