THE ROLE

• Manage and grow reseller & grower relationships;
• Identify new market opportunities across multiple ag sectors;
• Provide technical support, training, and product education;
• Achieve sales targets and drive demand through farm visits and trials.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Ag/Hort degree (or similar) + 5+ years’ grower or retail-facing experience;
• Strong agronomy knowledge (broadacre and/or horticulture);
• Proven sales record in rural markets;
• Self-motivated and commercially focused.
