THE ROLE
Exciting opportunity to lead the operations of a respected, large-scale fresh produce business supplying premium salad greens, herbs, and vegetables to major Australian and international markets. We’re seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee planting, harvesting, irrigation, and equipment maintenance across 2,000+ acres. You’ll manage budgets, drive efficiency, ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety standards, and lead a skilled farm team to deliver top-quality produce on time, every time.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Significant experience managing large-scale farm operations in the fresh produce or horticulture sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, performance targets, and compliance requirements.
• A solutions-focused, commercially astute approach to farm management.
• Relevant qualifications in Agriculture Management, Agronomy, or similar (desirable).
