The Role
The role of Management Accountant is to oversee monthly accounting, reporting, and provide insights to support strategic business decisions. Reporting directly to the owner, you will work within a dynamic environment powered by Xero and integrated cloud-based warehouse management software. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end administrative functions in a fast-paced setting and contribute to key decision-making within a skilled management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team of administrative staff.
• Oversee accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and credit control.
• Prepare and deliver monthly profit and loss reports.
• Provide analysis and insights to support the management team in making informed business decisions.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, with 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• CPA qualification or currently working towards this.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
